What we actually do
Our main work is repair and parts replacement. Springs, cables, rollers, hinges, brackets, tracks, weather seals and openers. That is where our experience is and that is what we enjoy doing.
We do install new doors and new openers when a door is genuinely finished. But we are not a sales operation. If your door can be repaired for a fraction of the price of a new one, we will tell you that.

You get a price before we come out. If we find something different when we arrive, we tell you before we touch anything. No work happens without you agreeing to it.
We carry the common parts
Springs, cables, rollers and hardware travel on the truck. That means most repairs finish in one visit instead of “we’ll order the part and come back Thursday”.
We tell you what can wait
If your cables are worn but not dangerous yet, we will say so and let you decide. If something is genuinely unsafe, we will tell you that too, plainly.
We stand behind the work
Guaranteed workmanship on every job. If something we fixed is not right, we come back.
Safety is not a slogan here
Garage doors are the heaviest moving thing in most homes. A double door can weigh over 200 pounds, held up by springs under huge tension. People get badly hurt every year trying to fix springs and cables themselves, usually after watching a short video online.
We will always tell you when something is safe to leave alone and when it is not. And if you call us with a broken spring, the first thing we will say is: please do not touch the door until we get there.
