What to tell us when you call
These four things let us bring the right parts on the first visit:
- What the door is doing — stuck, crooked, noisy, will not close, motor running with no movement.
- Any noise you heard — a bang usually means a spring.
- Single or double door — this changes the parts we bring.
- Your city — so we can tell you realistically when we can be there.
While you wait for us
- Do not pull the red emergency cord if the door is open. With a broken spring, the door can come down hard.
- Do not try to fix springs or cables yourself. They are under extreme tension.
- Do not force a crooked door. You will bend the track.
- Keep children and pets away from the door until it has been checked.
