A lot of GTA garage door companies are call centres that pass your job to whichever contractor answers first. You never know who is turning up or what they will charge.
We are not that. You call us, you get a price before we come out, and the person on the phone is the person doing the work.
Before you call, check these three things
- Is the door crooked or hanging at an angle? Stop using it. That is a cable or spring problem and running it will bend the track.
- Does the motor run but the door stays still? That is usually inside the opener, not the door.
- Does the door start down then go back up? Check the two small sensors near the floor for dirt or knocks.
Knowing which one you have helps us bring the right parts on the first visit.
